Fu Tso-Hsin was born in Taiwan in 1971 and received basic aesthetic education in Taiwan. He studied in Europe from 1993 to 1996 and in France from 2003 to 2005, specializing in etching and oil painting. His works have won many awards and been held in many solo and group exhibitions. His works are also collected in art museums in France, Italy, Belgium and Taiwan.
